East Coast IT provides monthly SLAs to all its clients. This is based on one technician per client, per day. This includes unlimited hours and your technician will be on-site for your day regardless of whether a fault has been reported. He will do routine maintenance according to pre-defined rules and respond to faults. East Coast IT will also respond to faults on days other than your specified day within a pre-determined period. This allows our customers to predict and limit their IT expenditure.
Legalisation Software
East Coast IT will assess your current licensing usage and requirements and quote you on getting your software licensing up to date.
Internet Connectivity
East Coast IT is a registered MWEB reseller. We supply connectivity to all our customers in line with MWEB’s standards. This ranges from simplistic dial up accounts to complicated Diginet VPNs.
Audits
East Coast IT will do a comprehensive software and hardware audit within the first month of your SLA. We will then make recommendations with regards to upgrades according to this Audit.
Websites
East Coast IT provides a single page simplistic HTML website to all of its SLA customers at no extra charge. The hosting of this website is for the customers account. We also provide a web design service to any company or person who may require it on a once off basis.
Hardware
East Coast IT pulls resources from its many suppliers and endeavors to provide our customer base with the best possible quality and pricing.
Software
East Coast IT is a registered Microsoft Software Reseller. We get software direct from Microsoft and pass the saving onto our customer base.
We also do customized software development.
Networking
East Coast IT has qualified networking staff to install networks at reduced cost to all our customers.
Disaster Recovery
East Coast IT will provide, where requested, a detailed disaster recovery plan for our customers. This will provide peace of mind, increase productivity and reduce downtime.
